VISITOR BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Booking Confirmation & Cancellation
    Once a booking is confirmed, no refund will be issued unless a written cancellation request is approved by Club Management at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.

    Cancellation of advance bookings may be made via the website or by contacting the Duty Controller up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time will be treated as a Late Cancellation.

  • Late Cancellation & No-Show
    A booking will be considered a No-Show if the visitor fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled booking time without prior notice to the Club.

    • Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice)
      • First instance: Written warning
      • Second and subsequent instances: Suspension of booking privileges for 30 days
    • No-Show
      • Any instance: Suspension of booking privileges for 30 days

    The Club reserves the right to review individual circumstances and exercise discretion where appropriate.

  • Booking Discretion
    The Club reserves the right to accept or decline any booking at its sole discretion.
  • Weather Conditions
    Participants will be notified in advance if adverse weather conditions are expected to affect the booking.
  • Severe Weather Closure
    In the event that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, the Club will close and all bookings will be cancelled. Refunds or rescheduling arrangements will be made accordingly.
  • Food & Beverage Policy
    No outside food or beverage may be brought into the Club.
    • Visitors may purchase refreshments from the Poolside Kiosk immediately before or after their booking. A 10% service charge will apply to standard menu prices, and payment must be made by Octopus Card only.
    • Alternatively, beverages may be purchased from the vending machines located adjacent to the visitors' changing rooms.
  • Coaching Policy
    External coaches are not permitted, and private coaching within Club facilities is strictly prohibited.
  • Use of Devices
    Photography, video recording, and the use of mobile phones are not permitted within sports facilities.
